Online Booking
To book an appointment, first choose whether you want a face to face Physiotherapy appointment or an online appointment.

For your first appointment, most patients book a 45 minute Initial consultation, though self funding patients can choose a 60 minute appointment if they feel they need more time or have more to discuss.

Follow up appointments are usually 30 minutes, but again, self funding patients can book more time if needed.
How do I pay for treatment?

Patients can either pay for treatment themselves (they can pay by bank transfer within 48 hours of their treatment) or can be covered by private medical insurance and Sarah will bill the insurance companies directly.
Next Step Physio is registered with many of the major Private medical insurance companies. If you want to use your medical insurance, you need to get authorisation number from them - you may also need a GP referral, so give them a call and they'll give you the information you need to pass to us. You will be liable for any excess on your policy and this will usually be paid directly to us.​​​
